Removing water stains and black rings from your wooden table

If you leave water on your wooden table, it may damage the protective layer. If the surface is not properly protected and the water remains for too long, it can leave a ring or black spot on your table. Do you have a light stain or ring on your wooden table? Then try to remove the stain from the table with Osmo Intensive Cleaner.

If you have an oak, cherry, mahogany, or walnut table, water may leave a black stain. Deep stains can form, especially when it also comes into contact with metal (for example, candlesticks). Has this happened? Then read our article on removing black stains from your table.

  • Very powerful cleaner
  • High yield, 1L = cleans 100m2
  • Easy to use
  • Removes ingrained dirt from the wood

How do you remove a water stain from a wooden table?

  1. Before cleaning the water stain, dry-clean the surface with a dust cloth or vacuum cleaner. This removes coarse dirt and dust from the surface, preventing them from leaving new stains.
  2. Prepare the Intensive Cleaner. Concentrate: dilute with water 1:10 to 1:20.
  3. Apply the cleaner to the water stain using the Hand Pad Holder plus Small Green Pad. Thanks to its coarse and hard structure, this pad ensures optimal cleaning.
  4. Remove the loosened dirt and then wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
  5. After successful drying, treat the cleaned surface with Osmo Maintenance Oil.
