Description

The colourless Maintenance Oil for WPC and BPC penetrates into the surface and does not build up a layer on top. Through impregnation, the surface becomes water-repellent and resistant to dirt and stains.

The Composite Maintenance Oil is suitable for maintaining and restoring weathered Wood Polymer Composites (WPC) and Bamboo Polymer Composites (BPC). It is especially suitable for decking, fences, and garden furniture made of WPC or BPC. The Maintenance Oil dries to a satin-matt finish.

Before applying the Maintenance Oil, it is recommended to clean the surface with Osmo Composite Cleaner 8021.

Coverage:
1 litre is sufficient to treat approximately 40 m².

Note:
Due to the wide variety of polymer composite products on the market, a general recommendation for impregnating all products is not possible. Some polymer composites, particularly those without absorbent wood or bamboo content in the surface, cannot be impregnated and are not suitable for treatment. Product coverage largely depends on the absorption rate of the substrate. Smooth, new WPC and BPC absorb significantly less oil than the stated application rate, whereas heavily weathered and rough surfaces may absorb considerably more.
