Osmo Country House Paint is ideally suited for treating (Black) Swedish rebate boards. The wood must be clean and dry. Osmo Country House Paint is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. In some cases, it may be useful to apply the product before the rebate boards are installed. Old paint layers and colors must be removed first; this can be done by sanding or by using Osmo Paint Remover Gel.

Always perform a test first to check for good adhesion and to see if you like the color. Apply the first coat of RAL 9005 thinly to the fence; this can be done with an Osmo microfiber roller or brush. Apply the product in the direction of the wood grain and the board. Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hours, ensuring that it is not raining outside during this time. This will negatively affect the result. After drying, you can apply the second thin coat to the fence. Allow this to dry sufficiently as well. When renovating the tongue-and-groove boards, applying one coat of Black Country House Paint is sufficient.
