Osmo HandXCenter

The Osmo HandXCenter is suitable for hand polishing Osmo interior products. The Osmo HandXCenter is suitable for coloring wooden surfaces with Hardwax-Oil Farbig, TopOil, Decorwax, or Oil-Stain. It is also suitable for caring for and refreshing oiled wooden surfaces with Osmo Liquid Maintenance Wax or Maintenance Oil.

The HandXCenter comes with an Osmo White Pad. This pad is suitable for polishing colored Osmo finishes.

Coloring wood with HandXCenter

Apply a very thin layer of colored Osmo oil with a microfiber roller brush or lint-free cloth. Immediately afterwards, distribute evenly with the Osmo HandXCenter and the white pad. Apply and distribute evenly. For hard-to-reach areas such as corners, the Osmo Hand Pad Holder with white pad can be used as an alternative for pre-treating the surface. For intense colors, repeat the process a second time once the surface is completely dry.

Colorless top coat
To protect the pigments from wear and tear, for example on table tops and worktops, it is recommended to apply 1 coat of colorless Osmo Hardwax-Oil Original. This will cause wear and tear to occur in the colorless layer in the future instead of in the colored layer. This will keep the colored layer intact for longer.

Please note: streaks on the wood mean that there is too much product on the surface. Turn the pad over or let the pad dry on untreated wood.

Care treatments for oiled surfaces

First clean the surface with Osmo Intensive Cleaner. Once the surface is completely dry, apply Osmo Maintenance Oil or Osmo TopOil directly to the wood. Attach the white pad to the Velcro disc. Polish the oil into the surface with the white pad.
