Polyx-Oil Tints: the best choice for colouring and protecting large surfaces

Polyx-Oil Tints provide an even colouring of the wood while keeping the natural grain clearly visible. Polyx-Oil Tints offer excellent protection against water, beer, wine and other liquids, and are suitable for use on floors, walls, stairs and ceilings.

Are you treating a smaller surface, such as a table or chopping board? Then choose Osmo TopOil. Osmo Polyx-Oil Tints are suitable for almost all wood species. Are you working with a tropical hardwood? Then choose Osmo Clear Wax.

Finishing with Polyx-Oil Original

Osmo works with a two-coat system. The first coat penetrates the wood to protect it from within, allowing it to breathe. The second coat hardens in the upper grain layer of the wood, creating a durable protective finish.

Apply Osmo Polyx-Oil Tints as the first coat to give the wood the desired colour. As a second coat, apply Osmo Polyx-Oil Original. This helps prevent colour differences caused by wear.
