Description
Osmo Weathering Stain – Give your wood a modern, natural look.
A gray, matte wood stain based on natural oils to pre-weather (also called patination) any type of wood outdoors. Weathering stain instantly creates an even, silver-gray color on patios, cladding, fences, or garden furniture without waiting years. Available in four shades of gray. After two coats, the wood is well-protected against UV rays, mold, and stains.
Osmo: a unique oil-stain combination
Osmo creates a microporous surface that allows the wood to breathe and reduces swelling and shrinkage. After treatment, the surface is water-repellent, extremely weather-resistant, and UV-stable. It won't crack, flake, or peel. No sanding is required beforehand, during, or afterward; simply apply directly to a clean surface. Easy and seamless application. The stain remains workable during application. Osmo outdoor products contain active ingredients to protect the surface against mold, algae, and rot, and have proven themselves for decades under extreme climatic conditions.
If the wood is highly absorbent, you can choose Osmo Wood Impregnator WR Aqua 4019. Wood impregnation penetrates deeply into the surface, saturating it and providing even better protection against moisture.
