Return conditions
Ordered too much Osmo, or the wrong products? No problem! Unopened and undamaged cans (except mixed colors) can be returned within 30 days. After registering your return with us, you have another 14 days to return the product. We will process your return once we receive the returned product.
Refund Period
The amount paid will always be refunded to your account promptly. In most cases, we have a payment term of 14 days.

How do I report a return?
Follow the steps below to return your item as quickly as possible and get your money back as quickly as possible.
Register the return in our Returns Portal
To return a product, you must register it as a return. This can be easily done through our returns portal. To register the product, you will need to provide the postal code of the delivery address and your order number. Please keep these handy. Use this link to our returns portal to register your package.
Pack the return(s) as securely as possible.
Pack your return(s) as securely as possible in the original box or other sturdy packaging. Products are very susceptible to damage. Therefore, ensure that the products are not transported loosely in the box, but that the boxes are filled with packing material. Use enough packing material to prevent the contents from shifting. If you haven't kept our packing chips, you can also use other packing materials such as bubble wrap, toilet paper rolls, or wads of old newspaper. To be safe, include a note in the box with your name and order number. If anything goes wrong, we'll know who the return is from.
Any damage to cans caused by your own actions or as a result of delivery is at the sender's own risk.
Return costs
Next, select the product you wish to return and indicate your reason for return. Then, choose a refund method and how you would like to return the order. Once you have entered all the information, you will receive a return label to affix to the top of the box. We charge €5.95 for returning an order by mail. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Returning products to our showroom is free of charge.
Send the package within 14 days
The package must be returned to a DHL Service Point within 14 days. Click here to find your nearest DHL Service Point. After returning the package, you will receive a proof of shipment. Please keep this in a safe place, as it serves as proof that you shipped the package. In the event of any issues with your return, we may ask you for a copy of your proof of shipment.
Refund
Once we receive your package, we will carefully inspect it. If all products are in good condition, we will immediately refund your payment. It will take up to two weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
