Instructions for Use Paint Stripper

1. Stir well before use. Osmo Paint Stripper does not need to be diluted.
2. Apply to the surface.
   Apply the product generously and evenly with a brush or spatula. Immediately cover it with a thin sheet (e.g., a polyethylene sheet). This prevents drying out and extends the contact time.
3. Allow the product to work.
   The required contact time varies per project: from a few minutes to several hours, or even overnight for thick or old layers.
4. Remove the paint layer.
   As soon as the layer comes loose, carefully remove it with a trowel. Rinse the surface with water – preferably warm water at approx. 40°C.
5. Repeat if necessary.
   In the case of multiple or stubborn layers, a second treatment may be required.

Preparation

First, check the current condition of the surface:

• Untreated wood: You can paint directly. Sanding is not necessary.
• Old paint or varnish layer: Use Osmo Paint Stripper to remove it.
