Osmo Hardwax Oil Farbig 3071 Honey creates an evenly colored protective layer on wood. The product is made from a combination of natural waxes and oils. Once dried, the Hardwax Oil is not harmful to humans, plants, or animals. It can therefore be applied to all kinds of surfaces, such as floors, as well as children's toys and cutting boards. In addition to 3071 Honey, six other variants of Hardwax Oil Farbig are available: 3072 Amber – 3073 Terra – 3074 Graphite – 3075 Black. None of these colors are opaque, but provide a transparent coloring. The grain and structure of the wood remain visible.

To achieve the best possible protection, we recommend applying the Hardwax Oil in two thin layers by rolling. You can choose to apply Hardwax Oil 3071 as the first layer, followed by a layer of Hardwax Oil Original Colourless as the second layer. The colourless variant is available in four different finishes: Glossy – Silk Matte – Semi-Matte – Matte. This allows everyone to choose the desired level of gloss for the treatment. With this combination, the colour layer 3071 will remain intact, and wear will only occur in the colourless layer (provided sufficient maintenance is maintained). This allows the floor to be maintained with colourless products such as Osmo Wisch-Fix and Maintenance Wax. Alternatively, two layers of 3071 can be applied. With this option, the wood becomes slightly more coloured. Once two layers of 3071 have been applied by rolling, a third layer is not required.

After treatment with Osmo Hardwax Oil 3071 Honey, it is important that the wood is also regularly maintained. This will ensure that you can enjoy the wooden floor for longer. Wisch-Fix is ​​the product used to clean the wooden floor. It is recommended to do this every other week or once a week. The product contains a small amount of wax, which ensures that the floor remains nourished. Over time, walkways and frequently used areas may start to wear down the surface. In that case, the Liquid Maintenance Wax and Cleaner is ideal to use. The product is suitable for refreshing worn areas.

A 0.75L can treat 18m², while a 2.5L can treat 60m² with a single coat.
