How do water stains appear on a wooden floor?
If you leave water standing on your wooden floor, it can damage the protective layer. If the surface is not properly protected and the water stays there too long, it can leave a ring or a black stain on your floor. Do you have a light stain or ring on your wooden floor that you want to remove? Then try removing it with Osmo Intensiefreiniger.
Benefits of Intensiefreiniger
- Very powerful cleaner
- High coverage: 1 L cleans 100 m²
- Easy to use
- Removes ingrained dirt from the wood
Step-by-step plan: removing a water stain from your wooden floor
Preparation
Before you start removing the water stain from your floor, dry-clean the surface with a dust cloth or vacuum cleaner. This removes coarse dirt and dust from the surface so they cannot leave new stains.
Dilute the Intensiefreiniger
Prepare the Intensiefreiniger. Concentrate: dilute 1:10 to 1:20 with water.
Scrub in the Intensiefreiniger with the green pad
Apply the cleaner to the water stain in your floor using the Hand Pad Holder with a small green pad. The coarse, hard structure of this pad ensures optimal cleaning.
Mop afterwards with water
Remove the loosened dirt and then wipe the surface with a damp mop.
