Prepare
If you are going to paint a surface that still has an old layer of paint on it, sanding is usually necessary. Unless you choose a smart solution: the Osmo Paint Stripper. This paint stripper loosens existing paint and varnish layers, allowing you to repaint the surface immediately without sanding.
