Osmo Door Oil is resistant to dirt, water, and wear. It is easy to apply, and sanding between coats is not necessary. Osmo Door Oil is suitable for treating wood; the microporous surface will not crack, split, or peel. After treatment, the door is resistant to wine, coffee, and water. Once dry, the wood is safe for humans, animals, and plants.

Oil for a wooden interior door
Finish a wooden interior door with Osmo Deur-Olie. An oil penetrates the wood, so the surface will not crack, flake or peel. If the finish wears around the handle, you can touch up that spot locally without sanding the whole door.
Deur-Olie: made for interior doors
Deur-Olie combines natural oils and waxes and makes the door resistant to dirt, water and wear. There are two versions. 3060 clear satin matt deepens the colour of the wood, as if it has been wetted. 3033 Raw contains a small amount of white pigment, so light wood species stay light. Allow 24 hours of drying time per coat.
Tropical hardwood doors
If the door is made of a tropical hardwood, choose Blanke Was, which was developed specifically for these wood species. Treat the door frame the same way, so the door and frame look the same.
Touching up wear around the handle
Most wear occurs around the handle and on the closing edge. Polish light worn patches with the Vloeibare Onderhoudswas. For scratches, lightly sand just that spot with 120 grit and apply a new thin coat of Deur-Olie. Read more in touching up locally with Osmo.
Daily maintenance
Remove fingerprints and dirt with the Spray-Cleaner. It contains soaps based on natural oils, so the wood is nourished and does not dry out. Once dry, the finish is safe for people, animals and plants, and resistant to wine, coffee and water.
